Ways to Rise

Raising the vibration you are operating within can be approached in a lot of ways. That is why having a toolbox with a variety of modalities can be useful. I have honed each of these tools through trial and error and by listening to my own inner guidance system.

I offer coaching services and alternative modalities to meet your biggest spiritual challenges to ultimately raise your vibration:
Reiki, Tarot Card Readings, Past Life Regression, Yoga and Guided Meditation. Weaving the experiences of these tools together by tapping into your inner guidance system, we will explore current life challenges and optimize potential outcomes.

  • Reiki
    • A technique based upon the principle that energy can be channeled from the practitioner to the client to stimulate the natural healing within your own body. Reiki moves energy to the place in your body where healing or rebalancing needs to occur.
  • Tarot Card Reading
    • You as the seeker asks a question or puts an intention into the Universe prior to our tarot card reading. The cards chosen by you, and the sequence they are drawn, produce an inkling of your current situation and a potential way the future can unfold at this moment in time. Tarot card readings can be used to reveal a theme or energetic that is within the sphere of the seeker.
  • Past Life Regression
    • A trance like state used to explore and resolve issues by tracing them back to their origins in past lifetimes. Based upon the concept that individuals carry memories from previous lives and that karma from those lives carry over into this lifetime that may include incomplete tasks or lessons to address.
  • Yoga
    • Yoga is a gentle way to get deeper in touch with your body, as well as clear and refocus your mind. I sometimes use mantras (positive affirmation statements) during practice of the shapes to create a moving meditation.
  • Guided Meditation
    • Unlike other types of meditations where you attempt to clear your mind and think about nothing, a guided meditation provides steps to take you deeper into a meditative state. Once you are in a deep state of relaxation you can better access your ability to tap into your inner wisdom and allow your intuition to guide you.
